Direct selling is one industry that has, for a long time, faced distrust due to factors like different business models, a few bad actors, and sensationalist headlines. This has left many consumers and regulators wary of the practice. Fighting Against Misinformation With the Direct Selling Disinformation Centre

Misinformation spreads fast online and can often leave a permanent mark on one’s reputation. QNET’s Direct Selling Disinformation Centre (DSDC) has been introduced as an attempt to counter false narratives about both the company and the direct selling industry. It will allow anyone, anywhere, to flag cases where QNET’s products, services, or opportunities are misrepresented or promoted through improper sales tactics. The DSDC intends to publicly address any false claims about the company and the direct selling model, explain QNET’s practices, and provide evidence and context for people who doubt them.

Legal Transparency

QNET is dedicated to establishing and maintaining its reputation as a trustworthy business and, as such, is committed to engaging with the legal systems and allowing independent courts to judge the business itself. QNET India has been asked to defend itself in several legal proceedings over its almost 27-year-long functioning in the country. The point is that QNET has always been about transparent legal engagement, complete cooperation with the government rules and legal proceedings, as well as communicating these judgements clearly to stakeholders and the public in an effort to reduce rumour-based damage and keep your confidence in the products.

Our business model is strictly product-centric, so Independent Distributors earn only from genuine product sales and not through recruitment; thereby, aligning with ethical direct selling practices. To reinforce this, QNET maintains a transparent compensation plan offering up to 20% profit based on actual sales.

QNET also has a multilingual customer support helpline to aid customers should they need help or to report any misleading claims or grievances with the organisation. The Code of Ethics is intended to act as a strict rulebook for distributors to follow when selling QNET products, as well as detailing the disciplinary measures around any misdemeanours or breaches of the Code of Ethics.
